What is sacha inchi, and why did you use it?
Sacha inchi is the super seed behind our protein blend, and one we are really excited about. It is one of nature's rare complete plant proteins, meaning it provides all nine essential amino acids. We chose it because it aligns beautifully with our approach: real, nutrient-rich food that supports balanced energy, growing bodies, and muscle recovery without relying on highly processed protein isolates. Ours is sourced from organic small farms in Peru.
-
How much protein is in it, and is it a complete protein?
Each serving of Original Kiki Milk Protein has 10g of plant protein. And yes, thanks to sacha inchi, it contains a complete protein source with all nine essential amino acids, including leucine, lysine, methionine, threonine, tryptophan, valine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, and histidine. We paired it with other nourishing ingredients like oats, sprouted pumpkin seeds, and macadamia nuts to create a more well-rounded nutritional profile than you typically find in single-ingredient plant milks.

Who is Unsweetened Kiki Milk Protein for?
Unsweetened Kiki Milk Protein is for anyone looking for a clean, no-added-sugar plant protein option made with simple, organic ingredients. It is a great fit for adults who want more protein without the sweetness, and for families looking for a versatile, nourishing plant milk that can work across different needs and preferences. With 10g of plant protein, 3g of fiber, and 0g added sugar, it is especially great for those who prefer a more neutral, flexible option they can enjoy throughout the day.
-
Is it allergen-friendly?
Original Kiki Milk Protein is designed to be a more allergen-conscious option and is free from dairy and soy. It is also made without gums, emulsifiers, and other additives that some people find harder to digest and tolerate. That said, it does contain macadamia nuts, so it is not tree-nut-free.
-
How does it taste, and how should I use it?
Unsweetened Kiki Milk Protein is smooth, creamy, and more neutral in flavor than Original, with a subtle nuttiness from sacha inchi, sprouted pumpkin seeds, and macadamia nuts. Some people may notice a naturally nutty flavor that reminds them a bit of peanuts, but rest assured, there are no peanuts in the product; the only nuts in the blend are macadamia nuts. Because it is unsweetened, it is especially versatile and works beautifully in smoothies, coffee, overnight oats, cereal, cooking, or baking. You can also enjoy it straight from the glass if you prefer a less sweet option. Best served chilled, and don't forget to shake before serving.
-
Does it have added sugar?
Nope! Unsweetened Kiki Milk Protein has 0g added sugar. It contains just 1g of total sugar per serving, naturally from the rice, with no refined sugar added. We kept it unsweetened on purpose for those who want a clean, simple protein option without extra sweetness.
